Hey LAGERS, For tonight’s meeting we’ll be watching a broadcast from HomebrewCon! Performing sensory analysis can seem intimidating to many people who would like to improve their palates but aren’t sure where or how to start. Hey LAGERS, Tomorrow (Monday, October 19th) we have our monthly virtual meeting at 7 PM EST. We are excited to have Imperial Yeast joining us as a special guest! The team at Imperial expressed a desire to get to meet us, share some virtual pints, and talk about all things yeast. Since we recently had a virtual meeting on the topic of yeast management and propagation, we agreed to change it up a bit and discuss proper yeast management for high gravity ales and ester expression. For more information, including the meeting link, see the post below. https://199.250.204.205/~lagers/blog-post/october-2020-monthly-lagers-meeting-special-guest-imperial-yeast-high-gravity-ales-and-ester-expression/

Pickup will be during the canning day at Hometown Brewing on November 7th. Cider is pressed from apples grown on their farm and is flash pasteurized without preservatives or chemicals. It’s perfect for making your own hard cider, drinking fresh,…
