The April meeting was well attended and our education session was great. Special thank you to Michael Vincent Taylor for sharing his knowledge and experiences on Hop Farming with our members!

We had no shortage of Homebrew at the April meeting for our first Monthly Club Meeting Competition. There were 28 entries brought by members to share with the club! The winner by popular vote for April was Creg Browne with his Wood Age Bourbon Barrel Quad!! Congratulations to Creg! Creg will be receiving a gift card to Brewgrass Homebrew Supply courtesy of John Ronayne. Thanks to Brewgrass for sponsoring the event!

Congratulations to Kenny Lyons for advancing to the finals of the NHC with his Gose. Good luck in the next round!!!

UPDATE ON GOODWOOD BUD HOPE MEMORIAL BREW OFF– Judging for the Brew Off is to be held at the Spring Equipment Swap on 5/21. Because we weren’t able to get a large number of brewers at Goodwood for the last Brew In, we have WAIVED the requirement for brewing on site. If you have a beer that meets the requirements for the competition (see link below) and you would like to enter, bring your keg to the equipment swap on May 21st!!!
