Submit your beer to the National Homebrew Competition! The closest judging city to Louisville is Indianapolis. Shipping/drop off location is Great Fermentations (5127 E 65th St, Indianapolis IN 46220). They are open 10am – 6pm, Monday thru Saturday. (CLOSED on Sunday.) Congrats to Tim Moore: LAGERS Cup Champ Tim Moore won the first annual LAGERS Cup with his first-place stout in December (and two second-place beers). He shared his winning recipe: Malt bill: Mash in at 140°. Step up to 154° and hold for 75mins. Raise to 169° for mash out.
