Hi Everyone – A quick reminder that the Yappy Hour Brew-In is this Sunday (9/13) @ 10am at Apocalypse Brew Works. Some important info:
- Stop by even if you can’t brew with us! We’re having a potluck and drinking some beer, so bring a dish to share if you can, but stop by and drink an Apocalypse beer with us!
- No electrical systems! Please bring your propane system. If you need any equipment, please reach out to lagersclub@gmail.com and nathan.muleski@gmail.com, and we’ll see if we can help.
- Leah has informed us that she does NOT have Kviek yeast. So if you planned to use Kviek, you’ll need to buy it from Brewgrass (Brewgrass supplies grain and hops, not yeast).
- Drop-off for fermenters starts Sunday, too! So if you are brewing at home but fermenting at Apocalypse, you can do so during the brew-in or anytime during regular business hours at Apocalypse. Remember, you are responsible for your beer: transfers, kegging, etc.
- If you are getting this email, you are invited! You don’t need to be an active member to come to this brew-in. This is a great opportunity to chat with club members, learn more about different brewing styles, etc. It’s basically a big hangout, so come by and chat with us.
