Judging Format

In addition to judging based on overall flavor, aroma, appearance, and execution, we will also consider public interest. Brew a beer that appeals to the masses (Read: Tailspin attendees)!

Depending on the number of submissions, entries will be split among several tables of judges. Each table may push one or more beers to the best-of-show table. Another round of judging will determine winners from the best-of-show table.

Entries are due to Apocalypse Brew Works during regular business hours between December 30th and January 3rd.

Submit your entries to the registration form, and email your full recipe(s) to lagersclub@gmail.com.
