We have decided to make January’s meeting virtual because of the uptick in COVID cases. The Zoom info will be at the bottom of this post. This month Greg Butorin will be taking us through how to do a closed transfer from fermentation vessel to keg. There are several benefits to a closed transfer, namely the prevention of oxygen ingress. Watch along as Greg takes us through the necessary equipment and steps to achieve a closed transfer. Hey LAGERS! December’s meeting has been moved to the 13th! We will meet at Akasha at 7 PM. This meeting will be our annual white elephant gift exchange. Gifts can be beer related (up to and including beer itself), gag gifts and sincere gifts are also encouraged. $20 max please! This month will also include the return of the most popular beer vote! So bring your best homebrew and see how it stacks up to your fellow club members. We’re working on adding a prize to this as well. What’s up LAGERS! A reminder that this month’s meeting is tomorrow, Monday November 22nd. We will be meeting at Akasha at 7pm. This month we’ll be hosting an equipment swap, so if you have any old equipment you aren’t using, bring it with you and give it new life with someone else!
