    January 2022 LAGERS Meeting

    We have decided to make January’s meeting virtual because of the uptick in COVID cases.  The Zoom info will be at the bottom of this post.  This month Greg Butorin will be taking us through how to do a closed transfer from fermentation vessel to keg.     December 2021 LAGERS Meeting – Date Change!

    Hey LAGERS! December’s meeting has been moved to the 13th!  We will meet at Akasha at 7 PM. This meeting will be our annual white elephant gift exchange.  Gifts can be beer related (up to and including beer itself), gag gifts and sincere gifts are also encouraged.  $20 max please! This month will also include the return of the most popular beer vote!  So bring your best homebrew and see how it stacks up to your fellow club members.  We’re working on adding a prize to this as well.     September 2021 LAGERS Meeting – Bottling for Competition

    This month we will be meeting at Akasha on Monday the 20th at 7 PM! This time, Craig Gardone has offered to share some best practices on bottling beers, both bottle conditioning and from a keg. We look forward to seeing you all there! Yappy Hour is almost here! Come join us on Saturday, September 25th at Apocalypse Brew Works, where we will listen to music, eat food, and drink beers brewed by our club members and fermented by Apocalypse.
