February Meeting
Just a quick reminder that our meeting is Monday, 6:30 PM, at Akasha Brewing. This month we’ll have Buddy, head brewer from Monnik, in to talk ph! Should be a great talk, so plan to come down, have a beer, and nerd out. Buddy promised to keep it simple, so you won’t need a PHD to take something from this talk.
PS – Starting this month, all the presentations will be live streamed for those that can’t make it. We’ll also record them and put them up on the website. This month’s presentation will start at 7:15 pm. Here are the details for this month’s Zoom:

Tailspin
Tailspin is only a few weeks away and I hope to see a lot of LAGERS out there. Tisha and her team have been great to us so let’s support her by buying tickets and showing out! LAGERS will have a booth where will be pouring Mitchell’s contest winning English Mild. In addition to the base beer, we’ll also be running a second keg through a Randall with some fun adjuncts. Speaking of… Does anyone have a Randall the club can borrow for the weekend? We’ll build one if we have to, but figured I’d ask first.
Oh yeah, we’ll likely have a few growlers of Mitchell’s winning recipe available for tasting at the meeting. It’s not available anywhere else yet, so come get a sneak peek!
