This month we will be meeting in-person for the second time in a while at Akasha on Monday the 19th at 7PM! With the upcoming state fair homebrew competition, we will be talking about BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) judging, and we will provide you with beer to practice your judging skills on. Whether this is your first time judging beer or you’re BJCP-certified, this will be a great chance to test your palette. Last month’s meeting was a great time learning about off flavors, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all again to take that palette to the test and see how well you can rate a beer compared to colleagues.
When you get there, we ask that you please follow the latest Covid guidelines. In an effort to limit exposure to club members, we will be providing the beer in single use containers for the meeting. Should you choose to bring your own beer for sharing, the single use containers will be available for all. Please refrain from sharing glassware.
