After a short break for the beginning of the year, Fermentis homebrew Q&A sessions are back! For this first session of 2021 we have chosen to focus ourselves on Lagers. Since few times we have seen emerged a wide diversity of Lagers, people are more and more enthusiast for this type of beers which has been put aside during few years by craft and homebrewers. During this Q&A session we’ll investigate together on Lagers specificities to help you to brew the best ones at home. What is the difference between Lager and Ale yeast strains? How can we handle the low fermentation temperature at home? What is the impact of fermentation parameters on your lager? These are few examples of questions we’ll discuss during this Q&A, but come with your own questions and we’ll do our best to answer you!
