Gluten free beers are become more and more popular, especially with those suffering celiacs disease. Award winning brewer Jake Wildstrom will go over the various grain types, alternative fermentables, and processes for brewing gluten free beers as well as some commercially available products to reduce gluten. There will be some gluten free beer available for taste testing during the meeting.
