March 18th 7pm at Akasha Brewing, we will be hosted once more for our monthly meeting. Join us as we discuss the history and style of Belgian Trappist beer and the use of invert sugar in their brewing. Brandon will walk us through everything we need to know to make our own historic beer and invert sugar for brewing and baking. If all goes well, he’ll have a tasty treat for us to try!
