It’s that time of year again, time to stock up on deeply discounted brewing grains from Country Malts. For malt descriptions and full malt lineup, see the full catalog.There are many more malts available than the most common ones listed on the order form, such as roasted and crystal malts, at special request. The deadline to order grain is October 27th! Grain will be available to pick up at the Brew-In at Apocalypse on November 4th. Please bring cash or check, no credit cards.
You must be current on your membership dues to participate in all Club sponsored bulk buys. Please renew online or send us an email.
Brew-In
Apocalypse will be hosting us once more for our annual pet-friendly fall brew-in. This is a great time to get started on your winter warmer or Tailspin ale entry. Coffee, donuts, and a light lunch will be provided but feel free to bring a dish to share.
We will also have our jockey box set up so don’t forget to bring beer to share! Doors open at 8AM and the taproom opens at 1PM so be sure to grab a beer and support our friends at Apocalypse.
Don’t forget, daylight savings time ends and the clocks move back an hour that day.
Fall Competition
Our Annual Fall Competition will be held on the same day as well. Normally we have a pumpkin beer competition but due to the lack of entries over the last couple of years, we are opening it up to all fall styles. Bringing a fall beer in a keg, bottle, or any other beer receptacle will automatically grant you entry into the competition.
Favorite beer by popular vote wins a medal and gift card to Brewgrass Homebrew Supply! So come on out and show off that Oktoberfest or Spiced Porter recipe you’ve been working on. There’s still plenty of time to brew! Can’t wait to see what you all come up with. See you there!
