Homebrewer Nate Simon’s Cracked Pepper Imperial Stout was selected to be the featured beer at the upcoming Tailspin Ale Fest. We talk with Nate at Apocalypse Brew Works where he collaborated with head brewer, Leah Dienes, to brew up this special Winter Warmer for the February 20-21 festival at Louisville’s Bowman Field.
