    September 17th Meeting – Brewing Gluten Free Beer

    Tired of all those stomach aches and bathroom runs after drinking craft beer? Join us at Akasha Brewing Company for a talk on brewing gluten free beers. Gluten free beers are become more and more popular, especially with those suffering celiacs disease. Award winning brewer Jake Wildstrom will go over the various grain types, alternative fermentables, and processes for brewing gluten free beers as well as some commercially available products to reduce gluten.     April 19th Meeting – Fermentation Chambers

    February 20 Meeting – Sensory Evaluation in Bourbon Tasting

    Due to a schedule conflict the date and location for our February meeting has changed!!!!! The February Meeting will be on Tuesday, February 20th at the Jim Miller Wedding Chapel and Reception Hall (where we had our Holiday Party).
