We are having our 4th annual Tailspin Brew-Off. The spirit of the competition is to brew some variation on the Winter Warmer theme. This years winning beer will be brewed as the signature beer for the 5th Anniversary Tailspin Festival Ale . Hello brewers! It is that time of year again; time to invite someone to brew his or her beer for the adoring public. If you are unfamiliar with how we have done this over the last few years it is really simple. Essentially, we’re having an in-house beer competition at Gordon Biersch, and the winner will be invited to come in and brew the winning beer on our system. We have finalized the bulk grain buy with Apocalypse. The deadline to order grain is October 27th! Grain will be available to pick up at the Great Pumpkin Brew-Off Competition and Holiday Party brew-in at Apocalypse on November 5th.
