February 7th tapping of Evan Brill’s winning IPA at Gordon Biersch Brewery. In the fifth annual Lagers Homebrew Club competition at Gordon Biersch Head Brewer, Nicholas Landers challenged the brewers to bring him a hoppy beer. Known by most as the “King of Hops”, Evan Brill recently had the opportunity to see how many pounds of hops he could put through the downtown brewery.
