We are happy to let you know that registration is open for the 2017 Kentucky State Fair Homebrew Competition. The competition is using the 2015 BJCP GUIDELINES.
To Register. Go to www.kystatefair.org, then go to COMPETE, then to HOW TO ENTER. Once there, scroll down to HOMEBREW BEER and find, ENTER ON LINE then click here and follow the instructions provided.
Be sure to check the Special Instructions web site. This site lists all the entries requiring additional information and what needs to be added in the description box. In addition, you will be able to print your bottle ID labels when you complete your registration. Also, registration ends July 1, 2017, and late registration ends July 10, 2017.
Special Instructions. Following is the information on making changes. Once you make your selections and filled out all the information, you can either SUBMIT, or SAVE MY CART. If you SUBMIT, you will be billed and you can print your labels. However, in order to make a change to your entries, you will need to send an email to entry@kyvenues.com up until July 10, 2017. If you click on SAVE MY CART, your entries will be saved and you can make any changes you want, but you cannot print your labels. As a caution, you need to go back in to the website and submit before July 1, 2017 to pay $5 an entry, and before July 10, 2017 to pay $8 an entry.
Also, after you submit, you can print your bottle ID labels.
