This month, Hugo Picard from Fermentis will be presenting a webinar titled “Demistify Active Dry Yeast” on Nov. 16th at 7-8 PM. If you’re interested in attending, use this link to register. Fermentis will show us how their active dry yeasts are produced, their quality specifications, and how the use of these products facilitate the operation in breweries.

The last day to order for our Fall Bulk Grain buy is this Saturday, October 24th. See here for more information. Pickup will be Sunday, November 15th. When you arrive, wear your masks and open the door or trunk and your LAGERS officers will load the grain for you.
If you are participating in the bulk cider buy, check your email for payment instructions. Pickup will be during the canning day at Hometown Brewing on November 7th.
