Here is a link to the signup sheet for the Rock House/Nate’s Coffee Homebrew Competition, to be held on the morning of May 13th at Rock House Brewery. Don’t hesitate to signup if you’re not yet sure what coffee to use, you can always edit later. Signups will end on May 8th, or when we reach 30 entries.
A) must brew on-site on 5/13 (Rock House Brewery, 119 Luigart Ct)
B) any base style acceptable other than Porters, Stouts, Cream Ales, or Brown Ales (BJCP categories 1c, 9c, 13b, 13c, 15b, 15c, 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 19c, 20a, 20 b and 20c). Final beer must demonstrate noticeable coffee qualities
C) BJCP base category & subcategory must be chosen on submission date
D) each entry must use Nate’s Coffee in the recipe; Nate’s will provide up to 1 pound of any coffee from below per entry.
E) Entries to be turned in 6 weeks from Brew day (approx. June 24th). 3 bottles required per entry.
F) Any yeast style can be used; Rock House’s house yeast will be available if desired.
